The location overlooking the Nile. Once the construction on the new corniche is completed, and hopefully another small park installed,it will be even better. The apt. Each room had a balcony with air con. Although it would have been better had the ceiling fan also worked. Nice, small sitting area. Pool was wonderful. Staff extremely helpful. My friend was ill and the sound man at reception took me, on the back of his motorcycle, to a local pharmacy for medication. Boat was at the ready anytime to go across to east Bank. We usually paid 100egp one way for the two of us. The walk to the public ferry isn't far in order to pay a little less. There is a lot of construction on the roads around Luxor temple so be warned the pavements are a little hazardous. I am sure most will be completed by high season in November.

Although an apt.there was nothing to cook with. Apt had fridge and cooker but no cups, plates or cooking utensils. We asked for and received a kettle and teacup. Perhaps had we requested other things we could have had them.

The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and we spent most of our time there just enjoying the scenery. Our room was very comfortable and felt perfectly clean. All the staff were incredibly sweet and hospitable, but we want to give a special thank you to Alaa for being so helpful and making our stay extra special. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel one evening, and it was exceptionally delicious. Even though we didn't use it, the small pool and the relaxation areas downstairs look very nice, and having a table tennis area at the entrance is a great touch.

Hallo There isn't much to complain about. The breakfast was okay, but it wasn't as amazing as the dinner they serve. Overall, it was still a great experience.

Excellent location. The rooftop restaurant was great to just sit and watch the Nile from. You can also watch all the hot air balloons from the other side in the morning. There is a boat dock right in front of the hotel also, so very easy access to east bank

The shining aspects of this property are the rooftop, new pool area and polite staff. Whilst this is good value for its location on the quieter side of Luxor, our room let it down for us and next time we would book the river-view room on the middle level. Good breakfast on the rooftop with view of the Nile. We booked airport drop off and hot air balloon ride with the staff.

Unfortunately our shower had not been cleaned but this was quickly addressed when we pointed it out. I would expect an ‘apartment’ listing to have more facilities like tea/coffee/cups, in saying this we were provided some shampoo on our second stay.
