Rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated , quiet, very comfortable bed. Great location!! Bus stops right outside, trains very close!

The location and the staff! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.
The stairs were a bit difficult but staff offered to help carry luggage . The bathroom was lovely but the shower was a bit unpredictable alternating between hot and cold.

Unexpectedly cozy, roomy and clean. Super friendly staff. A bit far from central London but in a very lovely neighborhood, if you plan accordingly you would never have to worry about the location. Lovely terrace made the days begin and end with even more fun.
Just for info, two storey building with narrow stairs. Might be hard to carry the luggages. I tried so hard to find this dislike, really enjoyed being there!.
