I didn't have breakfast, but the host was good. Pickup took a little while. Wanted to say thank you

The room set up, just that the plug behind the bed didn't work for me. Also when I booked the place, the price was didnt from what I paid. Don't that much. But I have to mentioned it

The airport shuttle service was excellent. It was a major factor in the decision to book.

1. The major source of upset or disappointment was the lack of a working TV in the suite. 2. The check-in procedure at the hotel was too long. Too many questions asked, after having already booked online. 3. The toilet seat in the unit was unsafe; it moved while in use, as though the user could fall onto the floor. 4. We're senior citizens and had difficulty getting our 4 large suitcases into the building from the car. No luggage cart or bell hop were available. We dragged our luggage to our room ourselves with the assistance of the hostess who showed us to our room. Unfortunately, the experience, though good, did not live up to the "luxury" title.

Serene and okay

Space is very small

They were not really ready with my preference

Some basic things were not provided and had to be requested which came very late in the day.
