Loved the overall presentation of the cottage. Very comfortable & clean. And a lovely welcoming letter from the owners.

Breakfast facilities were excellent.
Exhaust fan in kitchen is always on when the kitchen light is on. Too Noisy.
Kitchen drain needs some bleach to clean.
Every now and then a bad smell comes from the floor drain in the bathroom.

The breakfast provisions were excellent, the cottage was very cute and the gardens were amazing. The BBQ area was also very nice. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great with plenty of bench space and double showers.
The cottage itself needs a bit of TLC. The club lounge was quite difficult to get in and out of for older people as it’s very low. Some doors don’t close.
