Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice for breakfast, continental style. Very clean, quiet, very good location and beds comfy and bathroom clean and all working. A lovely stay and we would definitely return.

We were on the fifth floor of the annex. Bed was exceptional comfortable. Square footage of the room was good. Loved the exposed beams and brick. Communication was excellent, staff was very helpful. Needed a transport from the airport to hotel due to train strike, the staff helped us all along the way. Location was really convenient to metro, grocery store, restaurant, sites. Staff held our bags pre and post stay. They were all so kind.
The only thing that was disappointing was no coffee in the room, only tea.

Location amazing very central. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. There was an issue with me being charged twice due to error with booking.com and they dealt with it efficiently and promptly
I booked in the annex not realizing it was a separate property sound the corner. I would have much rather stayed in the hotel which was significantly nicer but that was my fault

The location is the only good thing about this place, close to all major attractions.
We tried breakfast once and it was so poor, no eggs even, ridiculously expensive for no value at all. Mattress was very uncomfortable and noticeably used, definitely requires a replacement. Overall, our room was very dark, overlooking internal yard.
