- airco op de hete dagen in Rome
- genoeg ruimte

Big flat
The apartment is in a very run-down state: it's very dirty, the bathroom has mold, and the cabinets and kitchen are dirty.
The toilet also leaks, and one night we woke up to water pouring down the wall. The toilet is covered in grime, and this has been a problem for several days.
The windows have bars, and the area is not very safe.
The balcony is large, but there's not even a chair.
We agreed on a late check-out, but they refused to wait for the reservation.
The cleaning service arrived at 10:30, even though the check-out time was 11:00

"Amazing decoration and the host had made lots of kind gestures for us to enjoy Christmas in the apartment. Everything you need is there, as well as the little extras such as salt, oil, coffee etc"
