Tbilisi Guest House

The location is excellent. It's very convenient for exploring the city and getting around.

1. Noise and poor soundproofing. The wooden floors creak loudly, both in the rooms and in the shared kitchen, and the doors are noisy too. This is especially frustrating when other guests get up early in the morning. Every time someone walks around or uses the kitchen, the noise can wake you up and make it difficult to get back to sleep. 2. Cleanliness. There was quite a lot of dust inside the wardrobe. 3. Kitchenware. The dishes were old, yellowed, scratched, and some were chipped. They weren't particularly pleasant to use. 4. Shared kitchen. Some guests left their dirty dishes in the sink for two or three days, which made using the kitchen unpleasant. 5. Expired tea. The host kindly provides tea and coffee for guests, which is a nice touch. However, among the tea offered to guests, there was an opened packet that had expired in January 2020. Overall, the location is a major advantage, but the noise can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially if other guests have different schedules. Cleanliness and kitchen maintenance could also be improved.

This place was so perfect! It’s a little house with only a few rooms. Only one bathroom but at most you’re sharing with two or three other people. The kitchen had all the facilities and was a cozy place to eat. My room was huge and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect. I initially thought it was out of the way and then realised it’s only a block from the main part of the old town. Despite being so close, it was still very quiet at night. Keti, the host, was so very lovely, kind and accomodating. I very much recommend this guest house!

Superb host and location to reach all tours and the main attractions

这是我印象深刻的一次民宿体验，短短几日留下了美好体验，和房东太太Keti成了朋友，她的勤劳善良体贴热情留给我难忘的回忆，特别喜欢小厨房，麻雀虽小五脏俱全，Keti的审美观使民宿各个角落充满艺术风情，她的善解人意与细致周到让我省去问路购买交通卡之麻烦，有时还能在冰箱里找到她为晚归客人留存的食物，处处为客人着想，卫生干净整洁，亲力亲为，感恩感谢🙏🙏🙏

个别房间床垫有点软，喜欢硬床垫者最好提前沟通。
