Fantastic location and very well appointed Gite complex in the heart of Haute Vosges region. Met by the owner who explained everything very well (in French) and handed us the keys. Well appointed rooms with own private deck area with sun loungers and table. Outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor pool , hammam and sauna (didnt use these only the outdoor pool) and play area with impressive petanque court.
Well equipped and very comfortable.
Our room was right next to the main pump and facilities for the pool ( I guess) and it kept making humming noises through the night with a pump cutting in and out.
The toilet and shower area was very small and difficult to move around in especially for my wife who has balance difficulties
