The view from the terrace is amazing. Speaking of the terrace, due to the sunroof and surrounding trees there's always a nice shade. The apartments themselves have all you need and are well equipped. The owners/caretakers of the apartments are very nice and will give you tips for beaches/restaurants when needed!
The bathroom can get a bit flooded when showering, as the glass panel in front of the shower is a bit small. Driving to the parking lots requires some skill and is probably not possible with very low cars, but should be no problem for experienced drivers.
