Bali Sila Bisma

We thoroughly enjoyed our six-night stay at Bali Sila Bisma and it far exceeded our expectations. We were a family group of 11 staying across three ground-floor rooms, and it honestly felt like we had our own little exclusive villa/resort. We could step straight out of our rooms to a beautiful, intimate pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The location was fantastic — central to everything, and we were able to walk everywhere in the evenings while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet rooms. Despite being in such a busy area, our rooms were surprisingly quiet. The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We often left early for tours before the normal 8am breakfast time, but the staff kindly arranged takeaway breakfast for us so we didn’t miss out. They also went above and beyond for my sister’s birthday. I asked if they could decorate her bed, and they surprised us by also providing a complimentary birthday cake. It was such a lovely gesture and really made her feel special. We also received complimentary drinks on arrival. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with a choice of different egg dishes with bread or banana pancakes. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

There honestly wasn’t much we didn’t like. The driveway down to the hotel is quite steep, which could potentially be difficult for some guests, but it didn’t bother us at all during our stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights in the Family Suite 1 for 4 people with our 2 young kids. The room is very very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was kind and helpfull. The location was in the centre, but quiet at night. The breakfast was basic. The pool was clean and spacious and there was a part where the kids could stand in the water.

The location is good, off the main high street so a bit quieter but still good facilities. Coffee shop, supermarket etc. Staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was basic but good, you have to order the day before and there isn't much choice but it's nice. Pool is good. We chose a room with 4 bed which lead straight into the pool.

Didn't bother us but the hotel is down a small steep hill. Bathroom was quite mouldy smelling which made the whole room smell. However beds and main living area were very clean.

Great location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. We only stayed for one night as a stopover between activities while travelling with our children, but it was ideal for what we needed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We spent most of the day out exploring, so we didn't spend much time at the property, but it provided a comfortable place to relax and sleep. The breakfast was very good, and the location really is the standout feature. We would definitely stay here again because of its convenience and easy access to local amenities.
