The bed size and master control for the lights right by the bed were convenient. The bathroom was a nice size and had a separate door, with a bidet we enjoyed using. The staff was extremely helpful with various questions we had (including helping me retrieve my phone when I lost it on my way to the hotel from the airport). Luggage storage was also straightforward to do.

The room was a little tight and difficult for us to maneuver our suitcases -there was minimal space between the bed and the tv/desk areas, which made it almost impossible for us to fully open our suitcases to repack at the end of our trip.

The location was very convenient. And staff were always available and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and cool.

Great location, a subway entrance 1 min walk from hotel. Close to convenience stores and restaurants. One train stop away from main Myeongdong area.

Terrible air conditioning in rooms, very stuffy and hot. The lowest air temp allowed was 20 degrees Celsius and even with it on the lowest setting it never went below 25. The room is much smaller than advertised we paid for a King room and the bed is maybe a double bed or queen definitely NOT a king bed or king size room. Poor ventilation in bathroom and main room. There were also lights in the room that were not able to be turned off so if you’re a light sleeper or light disturbs you wouldn’t recommend. The hotel breakfast fruit had bugs and flies on it, pastries and bread were always stale or cold. Unfortunately we had pre paid for breakfast and regretted it. Don’t recommend making this mistake. Our bathroom and bathtub also kept flooding and poor drainage in the bathtub / shower.

Location and the consierge lady who gave excellent service

The room was very small. In booking it said extra large bed and view that we paid extra for and the room we first got had only a queen bed and view from a very small window. We came for 6 nights and didnt have room for our suitcases and stuff. The receptionist who checked us in was not nice and when we checked out we couldnt keep using the facilities even though our flight was later on that night. We are ING club members and were very disappointed with this hotel.
