Close to our weekend activities
Plenty of facilities
Nice options for breakfast
Table in bedroom dirty
Noisey after 10pm due to shower running above our heads 3 times

Host upgraded our room at no cost given other room was vacant.
Cleanliness was lacking - Cockroach in drawer next to bed, carpet dirty, clutter around property. Wifi was spotty at best but didn’t work most of the time. Breakfast was disappointing. Instant coffee, bread slices, and a tiny cup of yogurt and fruit left in the refrigerator. We stayed at 10 different places during our travel through New Zealand and unfortunately this is the only one we can’t recommend.
