It was in an amazing location! Facilities were modern and easy to use for foreigners and the staff are so lovely and accommodating any need or query you may have!

Hard to say as I had an amazing time.

The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for exploring Seoul and getting around the city. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the pleasant atmosphere. The location is also excellent when it comes to public transportation. The subway station is within easy walking distance, making it very easy to explore different parts of Seoul. Another big advantage is the nearby airport limousine bus stop. Bus 6001 to and from Incheon International Airport stops just across the street, which is extremely convenient, especially when travelling with luggage. A big plus is also the C25 convenience store right next to the hotel, which is open 24/7. It was very convenient to be able to buy drinks, snacks and other essentials at any time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Seoul.

It was clean and it was a good location

You have to tell them every morning to clean my room. The gentleman that speaks English at the desk he’s middle aged and was very rude he threatened to charge me for a lost key which left me worried in the end I found the key he just was rude.
