Great location. Clean & tidy. Comfortable bed.
Smoke alarms, I didn't see any. Key required to exit from inside the main room if you locked the door, could be troublesome in an emergency situation. Paper towels in the kitchen would be nice. An extra set of bathroom towels as well. All together it was a very comfortable stay. Only location issue is I would comment about ambient noise. It is a very active area. The grocery starts opening at 0600 and delivery trucks arrive early. I would recommend staying here.

Nothing- everything was good.

The location of this property is fantastic, just yards from the Duomo and close to the other attractions too. Only about 10 minutes walk from the central rail station too.
Roberto, the property manager, met us to show us round the property and give us guidance on tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, museums and local markets and shops.
Property is extremely secure and clean and is helpfully equipped with a washing machine. It is competitively priced.

location was great- right around corner from Duomo
small, no cool air, not terribly clean. no elevator, steps tough with luggage.
