The staff. The comfort of the room. The cleanliness of the hotel.
Assistance from staff with information about the region. Help to order a taxi.
I liked everything about my stay here. The walk from the centre of town was a bit further than I thought it would be but once I left my luggage at the hotel, it was fine. Great exercise !

The room was clean and tidy, good supply of coffee and tea in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast with a good variety to choose from. Good location at the quiet end of Llandudno promenade.
Nothing that we didn't like.
