The room was very clean. The staff looked after me the whole time I was there, I was also given clean towels every day, which to me was very important.
The room I was in had a kitchenette, so having breakfast before I went out for the day was also great.
The mattress on the bed was way too soft and very lumpy. The electric kettle leaked water a bit. The tea towels did not soak up the water when used to wipe up the dishes.

Perfect location to the race track for Bathurst 1000 race.
Parking at the rear of the building was excellent
We didn’t see any people who worked there. So it was hard to interact with anyone for any questions or concerns.

Most comfortable beds - slept like a dream! Beautiful hotel with loads of character.
Sounded like a heard of elephants above us every time someone went up the stairs.

Room itself was ok
Exterior architecture lovely what was obviously once a beautiful and cherished venue . Communication from owners was good.
Honestly it gave off a really unwelcome vibe. Dirty workman’s soiled shoes and clothes all along the front like it was a backpackers or temper oath workers accomodation - not a place you’d book for a holiday - the inside stank like an old curry someone probably cooked in a communal kitchen. Little respect from other guests who talked loudly in the common areas and hallways past 3am
