Good staff, clean room, gave me a free upgrade. Good value for money, have 3 (maybe more) bakeries around you, one of them is super large that sells EVERYTHING, tons of restaurants around you to fit whatever you crave. There are also malls and supermarkets nearby, the malls are a few blocks away but easily reachable by walking. The rooftop has a hall with couches and chairs to enjoy the view but I booked on a cold day so I can't rate. They also provided prayer mats and Qiblah direction. Overall I can see myself coming back again.
The bathroom is extremely cramped, both the toilet and the showering area. They provide shampoo and shower gel but that's it, you need to bring your toothbrush, toothpaste and hair brush. They do provide slippers but they're the heavy ones. If you love desserts like me your best shot is the bakery (which didn't sell what I wanted), or walk for around 20 mins to reach Nafeesa.
