Location. 5 minute walk to the night market. Add another 10 mins and you'll arrive at the "old quatters" of (touristy) eateries.
Room didnt feel claustrophobic - even with 4 occupants.
This place is not by the riverside, where the trendy and younger visitors tend to congregate to.
Hence, it is super quiet, inspite of it being on the main road.
Not much.
Two double beds, but each bed had only one pillow and one cushion.
We only stayed a night, hence wasnt that big a deal. I suppose you can ask the receptionist for extra pillows.
Bed/mattress was a little bit soft for my liking. However, the others in the grp were fine with it.

Room is big and generally it's ok.
Wi-fi was very weak. Girl on the reseption didn't care about us, all the time she just watched to her phone. Bed sheets was dirty. There is no fringe in the room.
