Very good price, very spacious, central, practical place with the office of the owner / manager in the same building, so it’s possible to leave your luggage the last day, which is extremely useful and safe. Goods restaurants nearby. Cleaning is done everyday, which is rare today and much appreciated. Check-in is very simple. 10 / 15 minutes in foot from Spagna or from the Suburra neighborhood with night life (rare in Rome).

The design of the place and the furniture / equipments are a bit dated and some should be replaced, like the AC, working but quite noisy. Lightning in the bedroom is too strong, there should be a dimmer for more ambiance control. One of the outside windows did not close properly and had to remain unlocked and there is a need for a capsule coffee machine in the kitchen. In brief, a renovation and repainting f the walls will be needed at one point. But overall the place is very convenient and livable, central and well appointed. Excellent manager / owner. And very good price for this neighborhood in Rome in August.

Close to major attractions, location is top

The value for money is good. Good for a guest house.

The location was helpful for the train station and also close to the bars and restaurants in Monti. The check in and out process was very smooth

It felt a bit tired and dingey/dark, didn't have a feeling of being comfy or clean for the price
