Pension Oderblick

Wir hatten angefragt, ob wir schon um 12.30 h einchecken könnten. Als wir ankamen, waren die Zimmer fertig und wir haben sofort die Schlüssel bekommen.

Ruhig, sauber, vom Balkon Blick über die Oder. Mediterraner Stil. Schlüsselbox durch Anruf zu öffnen (kein Personal am Ort). Tipp: Wer zu Fußvom Bahnhof kommt, kann über die Bahnhofstraße Richtung Kleist-Forum und anschließend der ganzen Länge nach durch den schönen Lenné-Park gehen.

Bei der Duschzelle fehlte eine Tür, das verbraucht ein Handtuch extra. Im WC läuft ständig etwas Wasser, das ist unnötige und leicht vermeidbare Verschwendung.

1. Location. The view of the river was very pleasant, especially at night, where we had view of the bridge. 2. The painting on the walls were very nice, creating a nice atmosphere. 3. In the nightstands there were guides for tourists. 4. There was an interesting nightstand lamp that turns on by touch. 5. There was always warm water available, and the heater was working everytime we turned it on. 6. Shower was pretty big, fitting two people easily. 7. There was a mini fridge, which was very helpful.

1. Shower didn't have proper spillage prevention, so water kept spilling out no matter how we placed the curtain. Also, there was no drainage pipe on the floor or mat, so we had to use a towel to collect the water since we didn't have any other option. Mop was not included as well. 2. Toilet freshener was not included and we had to buy our own. 3. Bed was loud when moving. Also there was not a double bed, but 2 single beds, resulting in to the person being in the middle to slowly slip between the beds. 4. Staff was unavailable to reach, there was no receptionist, and when we called multiple times at the day of our checkout, to ask them when we need to leave, no one answered. After a couple of hours, when we called again to ask where should we leave the keys, they told us that we were supposed to leave earlier, even though we tried to come in contact and no one answered. To our knowledge, there was no information to when we should checkout, and where we are supposed to leave the keys.
