Splendid property and nicely furnished by our delightful hosts. Very comfortable room with terrace providing an excellent view of the river, Kingswear and the railway.
We walked down to the town, the shortest route being by a series of flights of steps - all had handrails which assisted on the return journey.

I liked everything. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The room was good, breakfast was excellent and the view was just fantastic. I have recommended it to several people already!
Finding it in the first place is quite tricky owing to Dartmouth's steep, narrow streets.
