It was perfect for us that there were two identical apartments, one above the other, as we were travelling with friends and could stay close together while still having our own space. The apartment was well equipped, practical and comfortable. The location was also great, with easy connections from Headington Shops to London, Heathrow and Gatwick, as well as into central Oxford for sightseeing.
The apartment wasn’t quite as toddler-friendly as we would have liked. The heated towel rail in the bathroom got very hot and couldn’t be turned off, and the hot water from the taps was also very hot. With a toddler, the white carpets throughout the apartment were a little stressful too! We would recommend replacing them with easier-to-clean flooring in the future and providing a way to turn off the heated towel rail. One small practical issue was that the can opener didn’t work.

the location is great and close to the shops, coffee shops and the buses to city center. The staff were very helpful and they were quick at reply
The flat is a little bit small and cramped and has dangerous, circular shape steel stairs. There were no enough garbage bags for someone who will stay for 10 nights! I had to buy it to collect the rubbish.

1- Location, next to the Manor Hospital where we needed to stay near by
2- The size of the property
3-The staff response was fast
4-The view to the garden
1- Overall the property is very old and needs renovation. When the neighbours upstairs used the washing machine, the property was shaking
2- kitchen materials were not sufficient (bowl for ex) and some of them were not clean (pan, oven)
3-Floors were not properly cleaned and curtains were dirty as well
4- There was no dishwasher esp when you stay long for 3 weeks, it is highly needed
5- TV did not work at the beginning but was resolved after the visit of the staff. yet you tube did not work

Nice big apartment, friendly and helpful hosts, close to shops
Bathroom needs a bit of TLC but not too bad - perfectly functional
