Nhat Minh Hotel and Apartment

Very good central location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Beach facing rooms are nice. Staff were helpful. Nice small pool and sun desk on roof.

WiFi is terrible and kept cutting out every 5-10 minutes. This made it stressful to do work calls. Toilet paper was in short supply and they would never leave a spare roll. This was a problem on days they didn’t service the room so ended up buying my own. Breakfast was average and I didn’t bother most days.

Perfect location and surprisingly high quality for the price

Nothing . It was perfect

The breakfast was nice and a nice big room which was kept clean every day.

The pool area was dirty as was the pool toilet area

The location is excellent. It is only a 1–2 minute walk to the beach and is surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The room rate is also affordable.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. I stayed for 4 nights (5 days), and the air conditioner in my room was old, noisy, and did not cool the room properly. The refrigerator was not cold and even had mold inside. Although housekeeping came every day, they only changed the towels and replenished the drinking water and coffee. The floor was never swept or cleaned, so sand from the beach and hair remained on the floor from the first day until the day I checked out. The bed also had a strong musty smell, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Another issue was the noise. Before 6:00 a.m. on the morning of check-out, I was woken up by people talking loudly and knocking on doors in the hallway. In the evenings, children were running and playing on the floor, making it difficult to relax. Breakfast was acceptable, but there was nothing special about it.
