Great location for the 13 Valleys running festival, a very clean, comfortable guesthouse, with lots of extras. Breakfast was really good. Thankyou x

SUPER comfy duvet! Lovely hot shower and an excellent breakfast!
Bit of a tiny room, but thats what I booked, and to be honest it is all that you need! I am just being picky and I really did like the room. Maybe a cordless kettle would be a bit easier.

Couldn’t check in until 4, but no one there to leave luggage earlier. This wasn’t indicated on their website. Arrived back at 5:30, not particularly welcoming and had to wait outside at door, rather than be invited to sit inside until the owner had finished with another guest. We had booked a king suite with Mountain View, this was not the room we were given.
