The moment we checked in, we were greeted with a wonderful smile from the ground staff; concierge, bell, doorman etc, mostly everyone.. were very helpful and obliging. Thank you to your wonderful staff. It really makes my day..

The property was very convenient to sleep one night at the airport, before catching our flight on the next day. The breakfast was very good, a big buffet with a lot of options.
The only thing I didn’t like is that there were some ants on one of the beds, despite the room and the toilet were cleaned.

This is a great hotel, super clean, centrally located to visit everything you want to see in the area and the absolute highlight is the staff. Ocha and all the others, from parking staff to the spa team and housekeeping are all next level friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without a doubt.
The only thing for us that could improve is some more European breakfast options. Some cheese or more yoghurt options for example.
