Rooms very spotless clean and Ac works great and with all the room amenities. In room dining was smoothly and I received my food always on time . Parking was available.
Property needs a touch of refurbishment. I recommend that you prepare a room sag list and then mark where things needed to be fixed. Rest all is great...

The location was perfect for me, near to railway station and bus stand.
And the staff behaviour, room cleanliness, food and most importantly it’s exactly how it’s advertised on the pictures.

The location was good. The rooms were ok but the housekeeping staff were excellent and kept the rooms clean. Very poor view from bedroom window but that didn’t bother us.
Not much choice at breakfast buffet. Reception staff were good, didn’t meet any unhelpful staff at all.

Great location and clean room, well serviced
Breakfast-no juice and lack of choice of fresh fruit. My stay was ruined by an unfortunate accident. I cut my foot on a pretuding nail on a door threshold. The whole experience of second rate first aid and total la k of senior management involvement ( let alone apology) was shocking.
