The property is amazing. The scenery is beautiful and calming
The stains on the sofa made it look unclean. Their restaurant is beautiful, good staff, nice music but our dinner and breakfast orders were got messed up. Mains came before starters among others

The front reception could be friendlier when welcoming guests, it felt like I was handed rules of what I shouldnt do when I got there, no warmth at all.
I think when you mention breakfast included be clear that its one meal and a standard coffee, or just scrap the whole breakfast included option as to even get some extra fruit we are charged extra, there were so many extra costs. The sky room is actually small when comparing to the pictures.
