I was given a warm welcome by the two ladies who run the place. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit chilly, but they turned the heating on for me straight away. I slept well because the accomodation was quiet.

Excellent location, close to the Colchis fountain and the Green Bazaar — very easy to pop out and return multiple times a day! The family was also very helpful, letting me use their washing machine, finding a match to light the kitchen stove and also some salt.
There weren’t many places to relax around the houses, the lights were dim/flickering and it didn’t feel the cleanest.

Amazing guesthouse with very friendly hosts in a pleasant and calm location.
It was a bit dirty, but it didn't disturb me much.

The guesthouse is very conveniently located near the centre of Kutaisi. Our room had good facilities for cooking etc. The Owner was friendly and he sorted an issue we had fairly.
It was quite damp and could’ve been cleaner
