We had such a lovely stay here! The staff were honestly some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met — always smiling, welcoming and happy to help with anything.
The breakfast was really nice, and the facilities were absolutely stunning. What I loved most was how the hotel combines the beautiful nature around it with modern design while still keeping a lovely local atmosphere. It feels peaceful, stylish and authentic at the same time.

It's a unique hotel with a bungalow style property, but the bungalows are composed of four hotel rooms, though not always as some rooms are in the front of the property in a building. The pool was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of them were a little cool, but that's normal with a large staff. The breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional here, but good food. My room was spacious and comfortable. I could sleep quietly.
Nothing really, I thought my stay there was a positive experience. The hotel is showing its age, but I would recommend it for sure. It may depend on the room you get. My room was great. It is a little out of town, but a quick tuk-tuk ride will get you to Pub Street.

Quiet location, lovely warm swimming pool. Spacious rooms and a good massage.
Service has room for improvement, had to ask for complimentary water to be replenished a couple of times before getting a response. Mostly young and seem inexperienced staff, you had to ask for basic service…ie had to ask for coffee at breakfast, has to ask to see a lunch or cocktail menu at lunchtime.
