excellent, everything is standard , staff is homely yet professional
online booking was a harassment, the fab hotel management is very very poor in communicating with customers and staff. They took the advance and booked only one room without breakfast. I sent at least 5 mails to either rectify the booking or refund, but got no response. The customer care number gives no option for refund. Luckily the front desk and other staff were really helpful and at the end it was an excellent experience except the online booking part

The room itself was large & clean; the staff were helpful in booking a taxi for us up to Bodhgaya
The hotel felt like a building site; we had to walk over/around construction to reach our rooms. Breakfast was OK, nothing special
