The Alena Resort a Pramana Experience

The venue was amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. This was a great spot to honeymoon and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at The Alena Resort and were genuinely overwhelmed by the warmth, hospitality, and personal attention of the entire team. From the serene ambience to the beautifully maintained property, everything contributed to a relaxing and memorable experience. The resort is thoughtfully designed, with lush surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it an ideal place to unwind in Ubud. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. What truly made the property stand out, however, was the genuine care and friendliness of the staff, who consistently made us feel welcome and looked after.

Although we experienced a minor hiccup with the spa treatment, it did not take away from our overall positive experience. The management handled our feedback with genuine concern and professionalism, which we greatly appreciated

Everything, bushy and quiet. All the things you think Ubud is and some.

The hotel yard itself is small and hardly any walkable spaces inside but it wasn't too much of a big deal.
