Serene Beach Villa

What we loved: * The biggest highlight is the location. The villa is right on the beach, with beautiful sea views and amazing sunsets. * The caretakers, Fabrian, Aril and Adrian, were genuinely kind, polite and helpful throughout our stay. * They were easily reachable and always willing to help us get things done. * They helped with our luggage and even arranged a bullock cart for us on the way back to the port, which was really appreciated. * When I got injured during our stay, they were very sweet and helped with some basic first aid. * Breakfast was served early, which was convenient for us.

The property definitely needs some maintenance and investment. * The AC in our room wasn’t working on the first day. They provided a fan initially and moved us to another room the following day where the AC worked. * Our shower was also broken and needs fixing. * The restaurant wasn’t operational during our stay, so only breakfast was available. * These issues seemed to be beyond the caretakers’ control, as they were very responsive and did their best to help.

Cleanliness with we arrived but when shown to staff quickly rectified Need to make more use of the beach area but we believe this is new owners so a work in progress for updating the accommodation and beach

Un hotel 10/10, el mejor en nuestro viaje por Indonesia. Es un hotel precioso y muy estético, ubicación inmejorable frente al mar, limpio, camas súper cómodas, el desayuno buenísimo y en la playa fue increíble, la piscina es maravillosa. Precio muy bueno para lo increíble que es. Y lo mejor, el personal y los dueños, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.
