More than amazing

Everything about this hotel was amazing. But the attention of the owners was even beyond amazing. From the minute we stepped inside we felt special. Nothing was too much trouble. The huband even drove us to the bus terminal at the end of our stay. My birthday cake was truly special and hear warming. We'll be back next year for sure.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable and clean and the owners were very helpful.

Owners were so helpful. We had en suite bathroom which was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast was very early. 7.30-8am A mini fridge in the room would’ve been useful.

Amazing homely stay

Very sweet hosts. They were so accommodating and even dropped us off at bus stop and gave us apples on the way out. Rooms were so cute and comfortable. So much character. Close to one of the chair lifts too which was handy. Also offer discounted ski passes which was convenient.

Nothing - I’d stay again for sure.

Comfortable, great location and excellent hospitality

Really comfortable and the owners went out of their way to help us out during our stay. A real highlight was the meal we had there one night, so delicious. The bath was everything we needed after a long day on the snow. Really liked that it was more of a traditional guest house.

Had a young son who was in lessons that started at the Hikage gondola so we had to walk or uber up there every day he was in lessons but the rental place holding our gear made the walk so much easier. Once he could ski confidently we walked the short distance to the Karasawa area which was so close and a great place to start our day.

Cosy lodge in Nozawa. Walk to ski lift, friendly hosts.

It is a bit noisy - you can hear next door. A bit dated.
