No.10 Preston

Nicely fitted out. Large with plenty of space. Nice bathroom and kitchen area

It was very hot and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to do very much to cool it down despite me running it for a few hours. This was on a normal early October evening so not during a particularly warm period

Everything was amazing

The property is lovely and this was the second visit in two weeks

The room was small (Orchid) but well decorated and had all the facilities needed for an overnight stay but it was a little noisy from music in another room which is why I have scored it a 7 overall

The space at first glance is beautiful. It's well decorated, and the bathroom is huge. The location is great if you are training to or from Preston as it's just a quick 5-minute walk. And the bed in the smaller of the two bedrooms is extremely comfortable.

The property was clearly run-down in several places. The overhead light in the smaller bedroom didn't work, and neither TV in the bedrooms would turn on. In the bathroom, the tiles were cracked, bugs were crawling out of the floor, and the lights flickered badly unless set to full brightness. On top of pen and food stains on the main bedroom duvet, a loose headboard pin in the smaller room fell out and stabbed me. 😬
