Loch Long Hotel

The room was spotless modern spacious and very comfortable, my meal was really good and breakfast was 5 star. Value for money it was excellent, best stay i have had at the hotel.

Hard to say anything negative but the restaurant maybe closed a little early.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong day, but they were able to change it for me without any problems. Really appreciated their flexibility and helpfulness! Good restaurants and bar

It was a clean room with decent styling. As affordable as a hostel when sharing a room. Great to be so near the Arrochar Alps and Loch Long. Very good tearoom, and fish and chips nearby. Tasty tap water!

There was a lack of places to hang wet towels. The shower door was missing bolts and so didn't close properly. The toilet roll holder was not secured properly to the wall and so was spinning freely. When I turned the temperature knob in the shower, it would turn off the shower pressure!

Great value for money given the location. We always use this hotel as a stop off point on our long journey to the highlands. Lovely being so close to the loch

We have stayed many times and never had issues but must have just been unlucky this time: The staff at the reception was confusing to talk to and wasn’t very engaging giving mixed messages about breakfast availability and where to park. The rest of the staff were lovely though. The shower in our room (111) was blocked so the basin filled up after 5 seconds of using the shower. The mattresses were also very sagged in the middle and the whole room needed a bit of a makeover (marks on walls and poorly painted over cracks/ damage on walls)
