Palazzo Mandurino luxury relais

Le bâtiment est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La décoration est choisie. L'ambiance historique des pierres, et industrielle des aménagements, escaliers et mezzanines est une réussite. L'équipe est très professionnelle, souriante. Je.me suis senti agreablement accueilli. Le restaurant est vraiment excellent, créatif, varié et très bien accompagné par leurs vins.

Le Lieu incroyable, cette ancienne usine de Tabac reconvertie en palace est sublime. L accueil très agréable avec une visite des différents espaces de vie du palace, la piscine, un espace de détente entouré de grenadiers, qui nous a fait oublié la chaleur ambiante. La chambre,enfin la suite plutôt somptueuse avec un lit en mezzanine très confortable, une salle de bain avec les pierres apparentes, une douche spacieuse avec différents jets , pour se détendre, le petit espace salon, et le clou de la chambre, le bassin de thalassothérapie qui était caché dans la chambre exceptionnel( jets d eau, cascade et brume d eau) . Le petit déjeuner bon, et agréable de le prendre en terrasse proche de la piscine. Merci à Enzo, de nous avoir fait découvrir en dégustation les très bon vins exceptionnels produits dans la région. Dommage nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant gastronomique qui était fermé pendant notre séjour.

Les petits problèmes de climatisation, le fait de devoir demander certains produits pour le petit déjeuner, nous hésitions à demander d ailleurs.

We did not get what we payed for - the booking confirmation said we were going to get a room with a jacuzzi, sauna, kitchen and balcony and we ended up on the ground floor, with barely no view to the outside, no sauna and a sort of pool that would barely heat and would fill the bathroom with strong humid smell. On top of this, the cleaning was not good - every day the room service was just changing towels and putting the bed sheets up. Zero attention to changing used glasses or to do any other cleaning. The 2 first mornings we had the emergency lights flashing on at 8 am (the hotel could just set up a later hour…), on the 3rd night the pool filtering machine (it’s in the middle of the room!!) started working at 4 am and the answer from the hotel was that we could turn it off in the electric board - I don’t find answer reasonable, guests don’t have to touch in any of that. And in the other morning, the cleaning team was vacuuming at 8 am a room that was attached to ours by a communicating thin wooden door - this cleaning should have been done later, we were on vacation and people like to sleep when they are on vacation. Be careful what you book and maybe check in advance which room they will give you! Refuse the ground floor room - if you notice, all the bad comments are referring to this room.
