Queens Ark

The food was unbelievable - maybe the best we had during our whole trip to Sri Lanka. The host was also very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Also ideal for people looking to climb Adam's Peak. Brilliant value for money

The host was super friendly and amazing! We loved our stay. Thank you! He also organised transport for me to get to my next destination.

Nice room, good size with balcony and nice view. Comfy bed, good bathroom. Good breakfast too and Pathum, who runs the place really takes care of you or any needs you might have. Worth the money and recommended.

Nothing of note.

The location.

- they were difficult to contact when we tried to call them to get directions. This made getting to the property extremely challenging. - the property still needs more renovations. Parts were incomplete. - the quality of the towels, toiletries and bedding were not of an expected standard. - the worst part was the breakfast. We weren’t told if it is included in the price or not. We weren’t shown a menu or given an idea of the cost. Thus it was surprising to be given an unexpectedly high bill, especially when we could have bought something to eat at a much cheaper price from near by restaurants. We didn’t want breakfast and ate very little of it. This lack of transparency amounts to exploiting the niceness of guests.
