Struttura molto bella e molto curata a pochi km da Viterbo città

Camera piuttosto buia con un'unica finestrella, richiede l'accensione della luce elettrica anche di giorno, nel bagno mancano cose fondamentali come il bicchiere per lo spazzolino e il portasapone nella doccia Colazione buona ma non eccellente

Le chemin pour accéder à l’hôtel est très sale. Des déchets partout dans les bas côtés des containers qu’ils débordent. La partie devant l’hôtel est propre en revanche. La population italienne devrait apprendre à ne pas jeter ses détritus dans la nature !

Very quiet and nice pool

Restaurante was closed and the breakfast was not meeting the standards of a 4 stars. Food was left on the counter and covered overnight by a sheet. The salty portion was scarce without scrambled eggs or bacon. There was some sliced supermarket cheese and ham. The bathroom was tiny with a corner sink and a shower booth which couldn’t close properly. The hygiene kit was missing a bit of cream or conditioner as customary in a 4 stars. No complimentary water was provided and neither coffee or water kettle was available. The lighting in the room were not enough to see your clothes in the suitcase.
