Facilities, private pool, view , well stocked basics like towels, toilet roll, things to cook! Even floaties for the pool. Parking in the drive or underground. Taxis were not easy to book unless you booked days in advance or at non peak times. We hired a car so it did not bother us too much! We visited the port and old town (half hour drive away) and beaches Kalathas / Stavros / Tersanas cove which were beautiful! The hosts were helpful when we messaged, although we didn’t see anyone. We loved it and would stay here again if we come back to Chania!

Even though the location was beautiful, it wasn’t easy to travel around unless you had a car. You can walk to the nearest shop (2 minutes) which has everything you need, children’s play park (5 minutes) and restaurant (15 minutes)but the roads aren’t easy as there are no pavements! We had 2 children under 13 so they wouldn’t walk long distances either especially in the 40 degree heat.
