Cosy and comfortable apartment in an historic building only a few minutes walk from the historic centre.

Decor was fascinating and fabulous. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen very well supplied and we appreciated the coffee maker particularly. Beautiful view over the garden from the kitchen/dining window.
Heating was on for us when we arrived - so considerate on a cold night.
It was no trouble to find street parking right outside.
The heat pump did a great job of ambient heat but is a long way from the living/bedroom which had a pretty but ineffective ‘mock fire’ heater.
The flight of stairs from the front door to the apartment is very steep - something to be aware of when booking- but the trade off is a great location in the historic precinct.

Lovely location, light and airy character spaces with pretty dual outlook over the garden and out over Oamaru historic district. Sunny morning and alll day. Just gorgeous.
Nothing negative

Loved this apartment - very spacious with beautiful decor. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is excellent, right in the center of town. We stayed during a colder period, and the heaters kept the place warm and comfortable.
Nothing to mention, everything was great.
