A perfect stay with a very helpful manager and owner. Nothing was too much trouble

Where do you start. Huge building site opposite, which is not mentioned - and had been there since 2024, and will still be a working site for at least another year. The noise is unbearable, waking you up around 7am 6 days a week. You cannot use facilitates around the villa because of the noise. The pool is freezing, and when asked if it could be heated, he was waiting for it to be serviced, the day after we flew home, so unusable. The BBQ is in a wind tunnel, and outside eating area opposite the building site - so unusable. Kitchen facilities need updating, oven and hobs you had to guess, as cannot see any of the numbers ! fridge and freezer needs defrosting, cutlery could use an update, all a bit tired. Beds rather uncomfy, and building site opposite waking you up, as already stated - when informing the disappointment to the owner 'johnny' , I was told there were more rooms to go and use, hasn't had any complaints before (although when you read the reviews, he has !) We took a video of the villa as we left, as we had a 'funny' feeling about trying to get the deposit back. After 15 days, and numerous messages, I was informed he had returned the deposit. Then low and behold, a message from booking.com to inform us we hadn't followed policy, and and damaged a door and mirror, of which he would like 600 euros payment. Fortuantley I had already got intouch with a senior customer service manager, as i was concerned about not receiving my deposit, he informed not to worry about any payment, to what I can only call the owner 'a scammer' PLEASE look at all the previous reviews , and be very careful prior to booking ...and if you do book, ensure you take photos on entering and leaving the property. Do not go if you want a peaceful holiday, and want to unwind and chill, definatley not the place, until the huge complex is finished over the road

Great place to stay, convenient to main strip, local shops and beach, spacious property

Location was great, great space in and outside the villa, owner very helpful

Maybe needs a bit of updating but everything in working order so not really much to not like for some winter sun

QUE HAY 1 BAÑO EN CADA PLANTA, POR LO QUE CADA GRUPO DE PAREJA TIENE EL PROPIO. LA PISCINA Y LA BARACOA ESTÁN MUY BIEN. ES UNA CASA AMPLIA, PARA 8 PERSONAS ESTÁ IDEAL.

NO LLEGA LA WIFI A LA PLANTA DE ABAJO.

Location was good. Bathrooms clean.

Pool constantly shaded by the property, probably due to the time of year and unfortunately we lost all water to the villa in the final 24hours of our stay which obviously wasn’t the owners fault. Cooker needs a good clean and more than one shelf in it. Pillows need replacing.
