The room was normal, clean, the kitchen was exceptional, everything was provided, coffee, tea, snacks. If you eant you can cook whatever you want. I liked the terrace out of the kitchen
The center was very near. You can walk
Even though it was shared bathroom, we didn't have any problems, the shower cabin was old, it can be renovated, there should be towels to be put on the ground when you get out from shower. It was well mantained and clean. There is a hair dryer in the first drawer in the bathroom

The location of the guesthouse is great, 10 minute walk to all the main areas. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
We were in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor, and the smell in that bathroom was terrible. It was basically impossible to use the bathroom on our floor. Sort of a rotting smell? The same smell is also in the kitchen and refrigerator, but less intense. Also, there's no coffeemaker, and there was a weird residue in the electric teapot (like milk or something?), I washed it out, but the smell wouldn't go away so we just didn't use the teapot. Also no AC in our room, and no hairdryer.

Good value for money. Stunning location - very close to the centre. Walkable distance everywhere. Room was clean, bathroom in good condition.
The noise. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything happening in room next to you. Noise from upstairs was unbearable at night and early morning.
