Very good location, even though that means there can be some noise in the late nights from the nightlife of the city, but that’s the price you pay for a good location. It has both a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was great, especially with the super warm and humid weather we had. Also super close to great lunch places like Pino’s Sandwiches and Lo Schiacciavino, both highly recommended!

This can easily be fixed by MamoFlorence, and maybe it has been in the future, but the bed is really not great. It’s really loose and making a lot of squeaking noise every time you turn around or move during the night. We managed to screw it tighter, but the the whole frame is still really quite loose. The mattress is also quite hard, so even without the squeaking the back was aching a bit after a night’s sleep. Again, if this is fixed we have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this apartment, and come back ourselves!

Location is perfect - very close to all objectives in the city center and very convenient. Bus station just across the street if you wanna reach it from the train station. Property is modern looking and has all utilities needed. Storing places are very well thought so you can put luggage, clothes and you still have space.

No elevator Hot water comes through electric heater (limited size) - 2 people can run out of hot water if they spend too much time under hot water. Bathroom shower faucet not working correctly

Everything about the apartment was great, service staff was also excellent!

The three flights of stairs was a little difficult with two heavy suitcases, but that was only on the first and last day. The only real drawback on the property was the proximity to the square where loud partying went on until the early morning hours, mostly on weekends, but also some week nights.

View from the balcony was beautiful. Beds were comfortable.

The parking situation is horrible. Spent too long trying to figure out where to park only to be told it would be an additional fee to park in the garage by valet. Then it took an hour to be taken to our apartment. The host needed to verify our passport information but the website was not working properly so I spent another 30 minutes or so trying to enter it. Finally made arrangements for someone to meet me at the apartment so he could take pictures of our passports. By the time we got to the room it was well past midnight. It was very unorganized.
