Location was excellent

Beds sagged and were uncomfortable

Location is great

Beds were old and uncomfortable - all fittings were out date - the cleaner did a great job of what she had to work with. It has a lift but is not suitable for people with disabilities as the entrance is not street level

The location was great no doubt. Within walking distance of the major site and tube. 10/10 location for sure

I liked the location of the property as it wasn’t far from all the attractions.

It was quite outdated and basic TV (freeview) and most of the times it didn’t work properly for some reason the channels weren’t clear. Was supposed to have a cot but couldn’t seem to find it even though we requested it and it was accepted. Also the hot water stopped working the last morning we were there no one could have a shower. I called the numbers provided and one did respond but the issue wasn’t fixed. Luckily we were leaving that morning.
