Sahadewa House

Our 4 night stay in Sahadewa House was Amazing. The hosts, Wayan & Nyoman, were quite warm and very conscious to make us feel at home. Not only the hosts, but everybody else who passed by, either greeted us or checked if we needed anything, while we were just strolling by the garden or sipping coffee in the dining area. It is a true gem of a place that beautifully captures the essence of Balinese culture. The property is stunningly designed, featuring a small peaceful gardens and their traditional family temple that adds an authentic, serene atmosphere to the entire stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and flexible, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond by seamlessly arranging both a taxi and a scooter rental for our local travels. Offering all of this at a very economical price point, it provides unmatched value for a stay in Bali. Most of the tourist attractions within Ubud are also within a striking distance. I absolutely look forward to staying here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

We felt too comfortable to leave. Wish we had a few more days to stay in the company of Nyoman and Wayan and learn more about their culture. Might be next time around.

I had a really peaceful and enjoyable stay. The family is very friendly and helpful, and they really make you feel at home. Everything was top-notch, from the comfortable bed and cleanliness to the peaceful atmosphere, free coffee, and amazing healthy breakfast that was included. I ended up extending my stay because I loved the place so much. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends and will surely come back whenever I’m in Ubud again!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful family home. The setting is gorgeous and truly relaxing. The hosts are fantastic; they have plenty of tips on local activities. They also offer several services that directly support the local Balinese community.

The accommodation is located a short distance from downtown Ubud.

I felt so at home here- beautiful family home with so much heritage and really well looked after. I also felt really safe as a solo female traveller.
