Great location, close the the city center. Quiet road. Nice and private and good size accommodation.
The property is a lil tired inside and the bathroom felt cold and smelt a lil damp. Overall was great but could do with a lil update.

The quiet location. The decor and facilities. Patking.
We found the table and chairs a bit big for the room, we moved it outside to eat our supper and enjoy the lovely weather. A smaller set might be better?

Comfortable. Good location for what we needed and decent facilities.
There was no oven glove - my wife burnt her finger. The battery in the TV downstairs was virtually flat I had to operate the TV from the controls underneath. There was no replacement for an AAA battery. Minor points everything else was good.

The place has great potential but unfortunately misses the mark.
This place was poorly maintained and supplied. The shower cubicle had mould growing in the corners and seams which was quite a turn off. The cheap towels were like coarse sandpaper. Wallpaper was peeling off in places. The kitchen was very poorly supplied in terms of tea, coffee, no sugar or milk.
