Win-San is a very well kept condo complex. Staff always cleaning and making sure you are okay. NSB realty very attentive also. Condo met all my needs and close to beach and restaurants. Nice pool and grounds. This is a place I actually booked again.

We loved the location. The condo is in a great location for walking to restaurants and shops. The beach is right outside the building and not overcrowded (while we were there). The condo was well kept and comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Very nice, clean, well equipped condo to stay in. Nicely undated furniture and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Only suggestion is to add one more chair in the living room.

We enjoyed the location of winSan, but the condo needs some talc
It also needs more chairs in the living room
