Love the location of condo in the Win San complex.Condo could use some updating but we enjoyed our stay.

Neither key code nor actual key works - same as last year.
We appreciate the taller toilet in one bath and would like to have same in the other bathroom. We plan to come back to your great condo year after year!

We love New Smyrna Beach and all that it offers. Win Sans is a great location to restaurants and shopping that are walking distance and the drive on beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit we stayed in definitely could use updating, but the overall stay was great.

Kitchen was upgraded with granite countertops but bedrooms and bathrooms very outdated.

"We have been going to Win-San annually for over 20 years. I have stayed in various condo's but A-105 is by far the best. No issues with anything and the location in proximity to the beach is great!"
