The staff were excellent, very helpful and always thinking ahead. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you have an early train. Despite being so close to the station, you cannot hear the trains at all.
The pillows really need to be replaced. I have never experienced such an uncomfortable pillow. It caused severe neck pain, and the next day I could barely move my head. By the end of the day, the pain could only be relieved with pain-relief cream.

I liked the large space and the friendly welcome.
No air con in room ... but was explained when I arrived
No elevator to 3rd floor ... but was explained when I arrived
30 minute walk to downtown but I dont mind the walk .. found that the station could have got me there in a few minutes
I am not complaining and I dont know if these things are easy to fix due to age of building

The staff were as accommodating and friendly as could be. Fantastic location right near the train station and tram stop. Good value for money.

In close proximity to the train station which allows you to travel by train if you need it.
The room and bathroom was clean.
There was no hand soap in the room, I had to ask for it. I heard noise from the train tracks at night.
The room furniture was outdated.
For over 100 EUR per night you would expect more. I stayed in similar conditions for less money .
Does not offer breakfast.
