The unit was well situated with a view of the pool and ocean. We selected this unit for it accessibility and it did not disappoint. We loved the courtyard and the pool is very well maintained. Our patio did sit next to the pool works which were kind of noisy but we didn't mind so much. It was great to be so close to Flagler and the beach.

Not as good as in the past. Need to leave more towels for your guests. Also the porch did not appear to have been cleaned, sand all over the porch and in the living room. Also the master bathroom toilet has a leak and runs. Some beach towels in the unit would be nice.
